Three ways operators use us

The night either side of the flight

Ten minutes by car from KIX, with a free shuttle from Rinku-Town Station until 23:30 (reservation required). Check-in is 15:00–24:00 (last check-in 24:00); if your clients expect to arrive after 24:00, please contact us in advance. For departures before 07:00 we hand each guest a packed breakfast at the door — two bread rolls and a juice.

A base for touring Kansai

Namba is about 35 minutes by train, Kyoto and Nara are within reach, and Wakayama lies the other way. Because our rates sit well below central Osaka, groups book four or five consecutive nights here and travel out each day. Thai and Taiwanese operators use us this way already.

One coach, one hotel

Sixty-two rooms takes a 60-seat coach as a single buyout — one check-in, one invoice, no splitting a group across properties.

In every room: washlet toilet, sink, dresser, closet, suitcase space, LCD TV, fridge, electric kettle, individual air-conditioning, gown, mug, slippers, shampoo, conditioner, body soap. Toothbrush, hair brush and razor from the amenity bar by the lift.

On the 1st floor: lobby and front desk, restaurant, terrace, smoking room, coin laundry (washer ¥400, dryer ¥100 per 30 min), two microwaves, ice machine, drink dispenser (green tea, hojicha, oolong, coffee, water), vending machines. Check-in is by machine — guests can enter their details in advance and check themselves in on arrival; staff are there when called.

Groups from Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, China and Korea. Most come for the night either side of a Kansai Airport flight; a growing number stay four or five nights and use us as their Kansai base. Google rates us 4.6, and on Rakuten Travel breakfast scores 4.80 out of 5 — the highest of every category.

Getting here

By car or coach	10 minutes from KIX. Chartered coach and coach parking available
By train	KIX Station → Rinku-Town Station, 1 stop, about 6 minutes. Then 15 minutes on foot, or our free shuttle
By airport bus	The paid "Sky Shuttle" runs KIX → Rinku Premium Outlets, ¥300 adults / ¥150 children. 10 minutes on foot from the bus stop

Free shuttle, hotel ⇄ Rinku-Town Station. Nine seats per run, hotel guests, no charge. Morning 05:00–10:00 every 30 minutes (hotel → station only). Evening 19:20–23:20 hourly, both directions. Every run must be reserved — by phone or at the front desk, from 7 days ahead; runs before 07:00 close at 22:00 the previous day. There is no shuttle to the airport terminals.

Handling a group

Coach parking

A 60-seat coach can pull up at the door. Parking itself is at a partner car park four minutes away by car, ¥6,000 including tax per night — the hotel has no car park of its own, and we would rather you heard that from us now than on the day.

Airport transfer

Chartered coach, ¥29,800 including tax per movement, 49 seats plus 11 jump seats. Add ¥5,000 before 07:00 or after 20:00.

Check-in

By machine, so a coachload does not queue at one desk. Guest details can be entered in advance. Staff are there when called.

Early departures

Groups leaving before 07:00 receive a packed breakfast at the door instead of the buffet — two bread rolls and a juice per guest.

Dinner

Japanese set menu, ¥3,000 per person, one month’s notice. We can also introduce restaurants nearby if you would rather your guests eat out.

Rooming

Two guests per room, maximum. A 60-guest group fits into 30 rooms.

Shower rooms, no bathtub, except the single Universal room. Guests who want a soak can walk to Rinku-no-Yu, the hot bath inside the SEACLE mall next door.
Two guests per room, maximum. Triples are not possible.
We do not currently cater for special diets — allergies, halal, vegetarian. Please tell your clients before they book.

Our rate calendar and the group tariff are shared with registered travel partners only.

Registration asks for your company name, country, licence or registration number, and the contact channel you would like us to use. We approve within one business day and send you the password to the rate page.
