Trial net rate for new partners — weekdays JPY 4,500 per person per night, breakfast included
- Twin share, including breakfast, service charge and consumption tax. Weekdays only: JPY 4,500. Saturdays, nights before Japanese public holidays and 29 Dec–3 Jan: our regular rate (rank rates below)

- For groups of 10 or more. Single use: JPY 8,000 on weekdays, breakfast included
- On dates when we expect to be very full, the trial rate may not be available. We confirm availability as soon as we receive your request
The trial rate is a breakfast-included rate only, and is the same if breakfast is not taken (the −¥1,500 no-breakfast adjustment applies to the standard rank rates only). Osaka accommodation tax (¥200 per person per night) is added on nights priced ¥5,000 or more.
Payment
- Payment in advance only, for partners in Japan and overseas. We issue the invoice when we receive your final rooming list; payment is due three days before check-in
- Cancellation charges follow our group cancellation table
Fewer than 10 guests (individuals and small groups)
For parties of fewer than 10, we offer our official website rate as a net rate (no commission). Send us your dates and we will quote the rate for those nights.
How to book
- Send your dates, number of rooms and guests through the request form on this page
- We reply by email with availability and rates within one business day
- Once you agree, we hold the rooms. Please send the final rooming list 10 days before arrival
- We send the invoice (due three days before check-in)
Pre-holiday nights = Saturdays, the night before a Japanese public holiday, and 29 Dec–3 Jan. Pre-holiday nights other than Saturdays in this period: 11/2, 11/22, 12/29–1/3, 1/10, 2/10, 2/22, 3/21.
Three ways operators use us
The night either side of the flight
Ten minutes by car from KIX, with a free shuttle from Rinku-Town Station until 23:30 (reservation required). Check-in is 15:00–24:00 (last check-in 24:00); if your clients expect to arrive after 24:00, please contact us in advance. For departures before 07:00 we hand each guest a packed breakfast at the door — two bread rolls and a juice.
A base for touring Kansai
Namba is about 35 minutes by train, Kyoto and Nara are within reach, and Wakayama lies the other way. Because our rates sit well below central Osaka, groups book four or five consecutive nights here and travel out each day. Thai and Taiwanese operators use us this way already.
One coach, one hotel
Sixty-two rooms takes a 60-seat coach as a single buyout — one check-in, one invoice, no splitting a group across properties.

In every room: washlet toilet, sink, dresser, closet, suitcase space, LCD TV, fridge, electric kettle, individual air-conditioning, gown, mug, slippers, shampoo, conditioner, body soap. Toothbrush, hair brush and razor from the amenity bar by the lift.
On the 1st floor: lobby and front desk, restaurant, terrace, smoking room, coin laundry (washer ¥400, dryer ¥100 per 30 min), two microwaves, ice machine, drink dispenser (green tea, hojicha, oolong, coffee, water), vending machines. Check-in is by machine — guests can enter their details in advance and check themselves in on arrival; staff are there when called.

Who stays with us
Groups from Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, China and Korea. Most come for the night either side of a Kansai Airport flight; a growing number stay four or five nights and use us as their Kansai base. Google rates us 4.6, and on Rakuten Travel breakfast scores 4.80 out of 5 — the highest of every category.

Getting here

Free shuttle, hotel ⇄ Rinku-Town Station. Nine seats per run, hotel guests, no charge. Morning 05:00–10:00 every 30 minutes (hotel → station only). Evening 19:20–23:20 hourly, both directions. Every run must be reserved — by phone or at the front desk, from 7 days ahead; runs before 07:00 close at 22:00 the previous day. There is no shuttle to the airport terminals.
Handling a group
- Shower rooms, no bathtub, except the single Universal room. Guests who want a soak can walk to Rinku-no-Yu, the hot bath inside the SEACLE mall next door.
- Two guests per room, maximum. Triples are not possible.
- We do not currently cater for special diets — allergies, halal, vegetarian. Please tell your clients before they book.
Group rates
Our rate calendar and the group tariff are shared with registered travel partners only.
Registration asks for your company name, country, licence or registration number, and the contact channel you would like us to use. We approve within one business day and send you the password to the rate page.

Group booking request
