EZ HOTEL Kansai Airport Seaside runs a free shuttle bus between the hotel’s main entrance (1F) and the rotary at Rinku Town Station. The shuttle does not go directly to Kansai Airport: from Rinku Town Station, Kansai Airport Station is one stop by train (about 6 minutes).
Since September 21, 2026, every departure requires a reservation, whether you board at the hotel or at the station.

What time are the morning departures? (from the hotel only)
In the morning, the shuttle leaves the hotel’s main entrance (1F) every 30 minutes from 5:00 to 10:00. Every morning departure goes to the Rinku Town Station rotary.

From Rinku Town Station to the hotel, there are only five evening departures, from 19:30 to 23:30. There is no daytime service.

How do I make a reservation?
- Every departure requires a reservation, both from the hotel and from Rinku Town Station.
- Reservations open 7 days before the day you ride. Please call +81-72-493-7565 (from within Japan: 072-493-7565). During your stay, you can also book at the front desk.
- For departures before 7:00, please book by 22:00 the day before. Booking at the front desk when you check in is the easiest way not to forget.
- Each departure can carry up to 9 passengers. Guests without a reservation may not be able to board, so please book as soon as you know which departure you need.
Where do I board at Rinku Town Station?
Leave the station by Exit 2, then take the slope down on your right to the rotary. Please wait there for the evening shuttle. At the hotel, the shuttle departs from the main entrance on the 1st floor.
What if I can’t make my reserved departure?
- Departures from Rinku Town Station: please call us. If there are seats available, we can move you to a later departure.
- Departures from the hotel: please ask the front desk staff which departures still have seats.
If you miss the last departure (23:30 from Rinku Town Station), please come by taxi or on foot. Check-in is from 15:00 to 24:00 (last check-in 24:00). If you expect to arrive after 24:00, please call us before 24:00.
How do I get to the hotel when the shuttle isn’t running?
During the day or after the last departure, you can use the following options.
- Taxi: about 5 minutes from Rinku Town Station, or about 9 minutes from Kansai Airport.
- On foot: about 15 minutes from Rinku Town Station.
- “Sky Shuttle” (paid bus): runs between Kansai Airport and Rinku Premium Outlets. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the outlet bus stop. Please check the operator’s latest information for fares and times.

Catching an early flight?
- Choose your shuttle by working back from the time you want to be at the airport. Please check the latest JR and Nankai timetables for trains from Rinku Town Station to Kansai Airport Station.
- If you need to leave earlier than the 5:00 shuttle, please consider a taxi (about 9 minutes to Kansai Airport).
- Breakfast (buffet) is served from 7:00 to 9:30 at the restaurant on the 1st floor. If you leave before 7:00, breakfast is not available, so please get something the night before. There is a FamilyMart convenience store right across from the hotel’s main entrance.
- To check out, simply insert your card into the automatic check-out machine.
